Please review these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.


1. Submission Guidelines

We accept submissions of the following types:

  • Original Research Articles: In-depth studies presenting novel findings.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive analyses of existing research, trends, and future directions.
  • Short Communications: Concise reports of preliminary results or innovative techniques.
Manuscript Preparation
  • All submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Use 10-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Include the following sections in the manuscript:
    • Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details.
    • Abstract: A structured summary of up to 300 words.
    • Keywords: 3–5 keywords that reflect the core content of the manuscript.
    • Main Text: Organized into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion (or as appropriate for the article type).
    • References: Adhere to APA style for citations and references.
Figures and Tables
  • Provide high-resolution figures in commonly used formats (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF).
  • Tables should be included within the manuscript file and formatted for clarity.
Supplementary Material

Authors may include supplementary files (e.g., datasets, multimedia) to enhance the value of their submissions.


2. Peer-Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure unbiased evaluation. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the process.

Review Process Steps:

  1. Initial Screening by the Editorial Team for suitability and scope.
  2. Assignment of qualified reviewers with expertise in the subject area.
  3. Evaluation of the manuscript’s originality, methodology, significance, and clarity.
  4. Decision based on reviewers’ feedback:
    • Accepted
    • Minor Revisions
    • Major Revisions
    • Rejected

Authors are expected to address reviewer comments in a timely and thorough manner.


3. Ethical Policies

GAMANAM is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in publication.

Authors’ Responsibilities:

  • Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
  • Properly attribute and cite all sources.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.
  • Confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere or previously published.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities:

  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the manuscript and review process.
  • Disclose conflicts of interest.

Editors’ Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a fair and transparent review process.
  • Uphold the journal’s ethical standards.
  • Address any instances of misconduct, including plagiarism or data fabrication.

4. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work but grant GAMANAM the right to publish and distribute it under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided proper credit is given and any modifications are disclosed.


5. Open Access Policy

GAMANAM is an open-access journal, ensuring that all published content is freely available to readers worldwide. We believe in the democratization of knowledge and aim to maximize the visibility and impact of research.


6. Data Sharing and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to share relevant datasets and methodologies alongside their articles to promote transparency and reproducibility in research.


7. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using industry-standard tools. Submissions with significant overlap or uncredited use of others' work will be rejected.


8. Retraction and Correction Policy

The journal reserves the right to retract or correct published articles in cases of:

  • Ethical breaches, such as data falsification or plagiarism.
  • Major errors that impact the validity of findings.

9. Appeals and Complaints

Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed request to the editorial office. Complaints about the review process or publication ethics will be handled in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
